What if I need help setting up my property?
We are here to help you succeed. There is no cost to help you get up and running on CabinKey™. Anytime you have a question, our dedicated team will be there to help. We offer real time chat with the developer on the Dashboard, so help is usually just a few clicks away.
Can I import data from my old system?
Most certainly. We can work with you to import your data into CabinKey™ so you don't have to re-enter in all your guests, reservations, and bookings. We currently have pre-built imports for customers coming from Lodge Vault, but any system that exports their data will work.
Can I suggest a new feature?
