Override the default property checkin

  • Go to Reservations
  • Find the reservation you want to alter
  • Scroll down to the ** Custom check-in / checkout times ** section
  • The default values are from the property check-in / checkout times.
  • Select the drop down and change the check-in or checkout time
  • Changes are automatically saved

Remove custom checkin / checkout times

  • Go to Reservations
  • Find the reservation you want to alter
  • Scroll down to the ** Custom check-in / checkout times ** section
  • Click the Reset Times button
  • Both custom check-in and checkout times have been removed
